Tracy Callahan

Coach
Tracy Callahan

Tracy fell in love with group exercise in college and hasn’t stopped moving since. She is passionate about helping people lead healthier lives and never teaches the same class twice.

She holds an ACE certification in Group Exercise as well as specialty certifications in the Bender Barre Method, P90X, Team Training and Active Aging Adults... but her favorite classes to teach are bootcamp, interval training, and metabolic conditioning.

“Exercise comes in so many formats and I encourage people to mix it up and find the things they love. I thrive off the energy in Group X and think that being accountable to an exercise community is the best thing you can do to stay committed.”

Outside of teaching and coaching, Tracy enjoys weightlifting, biking, running, reading and time on the ocean in Maine. She’s served on the race committees for 2 charitable 5K’s, and “fun fact” - Tracy has ran the Boston Marathon in 2015 (this meant training the winter that Boston broke the highest snowfall ever on record with 108.6 inches of snow.) As they say, what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger, right?
